SPARRING.

So I'm a Green Belt in Karate. 

I went to the Dojo religiously twice every week in Scotland and now I'm in Lagos and I need to get back into it. Quickly. 

Karate is...beautiful pain. Especially when we do what's called sparring. We fight but we're not allowed to really hurt the next person. Just touch the suit.

So that's sparring for Karate.

 Here below was my style subject I bumped into at Spar. If you're going to go her kind of Sparring, it's okay apply some kind of style. 

This is after all, Lagos.
