JUST BECAUSE.

Particular focus on the guy with the glasses.

I took this photo because I believe my readers need to not only see those clad in conventional "street-style" fashion.
Sometimes... in fact a lot of the time, Lagosians will dress this way, or anyway they darn well please. 
Just because they can.
