J.T.O.

Just Temi Otedola.

I photographed her before she attended the Amanda Wakeley  show at LFW.

Gorgeous girl with a gorgeous spirit.

PEARLY WHITES

White on white on white.

Ok I know there's some silver but all that white is simply pearly and attractive.

BOHO IN SOHO.

Bohemian Vibes.

PRISTINE.

Must be royalty somewhere...

CONTRASTS.

I like the contrast between what should be a properly formal English coat and the relaxed army green pants.

Shirt sleeves folded over the coat and yes! Style!

TECHNICOLOR.

Dream poncho musings.

THAT 70's VIBE.

Ugh! So cool.

CAPE OUT.

No copping out of the cold weather.

Style first.

Plus I know who she is, the fabulous Camila Carril.

LAID BACK BLOGGER

She's a popular blogger.
I know I've seen her on social media.

I promise to update when I get the details of who she is. Sigh...knowledge is indeed power.

In the meantime, check out her laid back approach to high fashion.

SOFIE VALKIERS

Here's SOFIE.

No further introduction needed.

RED.

That shade of red popped the entire street out!

J'adore!

SCOUTS TAKE NOTE!

Any acting scouts out there should please get a load of this guy's looks.

His face belongs on the silver screen.

Can you not imagine it?

BRANDING.

Gotta hand it to the PR people at LFW...they branded umbrellas and cars and tee shirts and totes, heck I even saw oranges labeled too! No kidding.

There was no chance of getting a photo of this couple without the branding. It was there to stay.

I'm learning.

QUIRK.

That steely stare though.

But makes for a good photo.

JACQUARD

As seen outside the Burberry AW16 show.

GUCCI

In the words of the late Notorious B.I.G.:
"Gucci down to the socks..."

LUANA.

This Romanian beauty as soon on the way to the Burberry AW16 show yesterday.

BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE

Applause to those to whom the cold weather does not represent a style challenge.

STREET STYLE.

This is not my jacket, but I wish it was.

SONS.

I have 2 of them and I don't know how else I could have powered through the often times harsh realities that come with life, if I didn't have them as my promise of heart snuggles I get from them.

Sons are precious.

My sons are precious.

TULLE.

2 years ago, I ordered a tulle skirt from etsy for my maid of honor duties.

It showed up, I happily tried it on and it had such exaggerated volume that I genuinely thought I looked like an experiment in fluff. Okay, I was not the bride, but did that mean I should risk being mistaken for the village jester?

So I had decided to ditch it till the hubs saw it and completely loved it. Huh?

Anyway I wore it and to my pleasant surprise, it went down a treat with everyone.

I still have it, but haven't ever worn it since that day.

Now if it was a nicely done tulle skirt like the one on my style subject....aha! Different story.

THE SOHO FILES.

I could have taken a photo for every minute I stood in Soho and I may not have been able to fully capture the absolute variance in style creed.

STAY COOL.

The weather man promised me loads of sunlight. He didn't deliver.

I'm guessing my style subject wasn't expecting rain, or else she may have discarded the idea of white shoes?

However, irrespective of the unfavorable conditions, she remained cutely collected.

Like the saying goes:

"If Plan A doesn't work, there are 25 other alphabets. So stay cool."

BLACK.

Yes, the show has some excellent ratings and several awards under its belt.

But let's all be honest with ourselves and admit that orange will never actually be the new black, nor any other color.

Black is.

The end.

CANDY.

Jacket on?

Jacket off?

Either way, her outfit and her essence were of the candy reminiscent variety.

EFFORTLESS.

While I continue to make the effort to know names, I suspect this effortless beauty is someone I ought to know.

Working on it.

EGO AMAECHI

You may recognize her from the photos I took at the Somerset House.

I'm a satchel kinda lady. Glad to always find another of my kin.

Cheers...

NATASHA.

All I knew was that I liked the svelte black silhouette of her outfit.

Deji kindly informed me she's actually a popular blogger.

Some may consider it lame that I'm not as "aware" as I should be, but please bear with me.

Everyday is a school day.

THE FAMOUS PEOPLE.

Today I met up with a fellow Nigerian photographer.

Deji.

Great guy.

Can we take a moment to appreciate the genuinely nice people on God's earth? Seeing as they are swiftly becoming an endangered specie...

So Deji took me to where the Burberry show was happening and I got a peek at "how the other half live". By the other half, I mean the world renowned street style photographers and the most popular bloggers.

The vibe was a dream. My eyes and mind popped open. So much to learn. So much to see.
There was fabulousness everywhere.

And there was glam and glitter. Check out her blog TheGlamAndGlitter .

Cheers.

THE LFW 18 - ETHNIC IN THE WIND.

She's from Congo, Brazzaville and she's a Fashion & Style Consultant.

I appreciated her commitment to showing off her ethnic style in the face of the wind.

She brought a glimpse of summer to the day.

Amen.
