SMILE. THERE'S A RIPPLE EFFECT.

These recurrent high profile suicides are leaving me weighed down.

ALL suicides are tragic, that's certain...but when it's done by people who seemingly have it all together (Avicii, Kate Spade, Anthony Bourdain etc.), it begs the question whether the people around me are as okay as they project.
These days, I find myself asking ad nauseum, "How are you? Seriously, how ARE YOU?"

In the meantime, I'm dishing out smiles and goodwill to all and sundry.
I find there's a ripple effect.
For the most part.

Here's my fabulous Carribean co-worker, Herve.
He smiles from the heart. And we all love him.
